  Day 1: Kilimanjaro International Airport – Arusha

  Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International airport you will be met by our representative who will transferred you to Arusha town, and shortly briefed about your safari plan by your guide. Accommodation at Arusha Planet Lodge. Our exciting Great Migration Ndutu Safari adventure is about to begin.

  Day 2 : Arusha – Lake Manyara National Park

  Morning breakfast is to be followed by a transfer to Lake Manyara for a guided village walk at Mto wa Mb, where you will visit a local market, African family, local beer brewery, and local bar. Hot local lunch will be served at the village.

  In the afternoon, you will enter Lake Manyara National Park for a game drive. This park has the highest concentration of monkeys in Northern Tanzania.

  You will also have the opportunity to see giraffes, elephants, hippos impalas, and lots of birds.

  Dinner and overnight at Farm of Dreams in Karatu.

  Day 3 : Lake Manyara – Ndutu Area

  After breakfast, you will depart to the Ndutu area for game viewing, with picnic lunch boxes. This is the area between Ngorongoro and Serengeti, where the great migration is supposed to happen from January to April.

  This is where nearly 2.5 million wildebeest and zebras will bring to life their offspring, and they choose this area because it is open and has highly nutritious grass.

  This is the highlight of this safari and you can expect to see lots of activities like hunting, chasing, young ones being borne, etc.

  You will have three nights to explore this special area where off-road driving is permitted to allow you to observe these adventures up close. Dinner and overnight at Mbugani tented camp in Ndutu.

  Day 4-5: Ndutu Area

  After breakfast, you will depart with picnic lunch boxes for a full day of game viewing in Ndutu Area. Enjoy your Great Migration Ndutu adventure! Dinner and overnight at Mbugani tented camp.

  Day 6: Ndutu – Serengeti National Park

  After breakfast, you will depart with picnic lunch boxes to Serengeti national park for game viewing. Serengeti is the park with the largest concentration of big mammals in the world.

  You will be able to see elephants, giraffes, hippos, warthogs, buffalos, and many more.

  The central Serengeti is also the best place to see the rare leopards and other big cats. Dinner and overnight at Serengeti Thorn Tree Camp.

  Day 7: Serengeti – Ngorongoro crater

  Early breakfast is followed by transfer to Ngorongoro crater, with a picnic lunch included, for a game drive on the crater floor.

  This will be the best place for you to see the endangered black rhino (less than 1,000 black rhinos remain in the wild).

  You will also see pink flamingos in Lake Magadi, lots of hyenas, gazelles, warthogs, jackals, and if you are lucky, lions and cheetahs.

  Dinner and overnight Country Lodge in Karatu.

  Day 8: Karatu – Kilimanjaro International Airport

  After breakfast depart with picnic lunches to Kilimanjaro International Airport for your departure flight as per your timings.
