  Day 1: Big five safari Arrival

  Upon arrival to Kilimanjaro International Airport you will be met with our representative who will transfer you to Arusha, for overnight at Planet Lodge.

  Day 2 : Arusha to Tarangire National Park

  After breakfast, you’ll venture into Tarangire, Tanzania’s third-largest national park and sanctuary for a large elephant population. Majestic baobab trees are an interesting feature of the park, dwarfing the great diversity of wildlife that feed beneath them.

  Animals are concentrated along the Tarangire River, which provides the only permanent water supply in the area.

  Later in the evening transfer to Osupuko Lodge for dinner and overnight.

  Day 3 : Tarangire to Serengeti National Park

  Morning breakfast is followed by transfer from Tarangire to Serengeti National Park, with picnic lunch served en route.

  There are many different landscapes that can be found in the Serengeti: savannah with the large plains to the south, hills & woods to the west, the Kopjes area to the east, and bush land to the North.

  Many different species of mammals can be spotted during game drives, elephant, buffalo, giraffes, antelopes, hippo and crocodile can also be found.

  Diner and overnight at Serengeti Osupuko Tented Camp.

  Day 4: Serengeti

  After breakfast, there will be morning and evening game drives through the Serengeti plains, which is perhaps the most impressive wildlife sanctuary in the world.

  During the great migration, these enormous plains are inhabited by gigantic herds of wildebeests and zebras.

  Throughout the year, there is a great diversity of wildlife that can be found here, including lion, leopard, cheetah, impala, buffalo, birds and up to ten thousand elephant.

  Overnight at Serengeti Osupuko Tented Camp.

  Day 5: Serengeti National Park to Karatu via Ngorongoro

  After breakfast you will be transferred to the Ngorongoro Conservation area, descending into 100-square-mile Ngorongoro Crater for a game drive at the crater floor.

  The crater floor is freckled with watering holes, sheltering almost 30 000 animals, in an area naturally bounded by the slopes of the volcano.

  Here you can find the Big Five lion, elephant, buffalo, rhino, and leopard among other species.

  Ngorongoro crater is considered to be one of the natural wonders of the world and is an authentic haven for wildlife.

  Amazing animal life can be found throughout the year due to the permanent availability of grass and water.

  After picnic lunch drive to Farm of Dreams in Karatu for dinner and overnight.

  Day 6: Ngorongoro Highland at Karatu – Arusha

  After breakfast you will venture to Mto wa Mbu for cultural visit of the local women and learn how they do their daily activities including farming, small women financing groups, you will have lunch to taste the authentic African food and proceed to airport for your flight home.
