Trip Itinerary
Upon arrival you will be met by our representative, who will transfer you to Outpost Lodge in Arusha for briefing about the whole Safari schedule, and later dinner and overnight.
After breakfast, you will be transferred to Tarangire National Park for a game drive, supplied with a picnic lunch which you will have at the park.
Tarangire is well known for its huge elephant population and huge baobab trees.
It is the center of an annual migratory cycle that includes up to 3000 elephants, 25,000 wildebeest and 30,000 zebras. Dinner and overnight will be at Tarangire public camp.
After breakfast, you will depart with a picnic lunch towards Serengeti National Park. Upon your arrival at the NCAA gate, we’ll take care of the park formalities and fees before making our way into the Serengeti.
You will enjoy a half-day game drive before returning to the Nyani campsite for dinner and an overnight stay.
Today you will continue to explore the Serengeti plains. You may even get the chance to view the great migration that takes place here (depending on the time of year).
Enjoy lunch at the appropriate site and then continue on your game drive before returning to the Nyani Camp Site in the late afternoon.
Dinner and your overnight stay will be at the Nyani campsite.
Early morning breakfast is followed by driving to the Ngorongoro Crater, enjoying a game drive en-route.
The crater floor is freckled with watering holes, sheltering almost 30 000 animals, in an area naturally bounded by the slopes of the volcano. Here you can find the Big Five lion, elephant, buffalo, rhino, and leopard among other species.
Ngorongoro crater is considered to be one of the natural wonders of the world and is an authentic haven for wildlife.
Amazing animal life can be found throughout the year due to the permanent availability of grass and water. After picnic lunch drives to Farm Dream Lodge for dinner and overnight at Simba campsite.
After an early breakfast, you’ll descend over 600 meters into the crater for a game drive. Supported all the essentials for sustaining life, Ngorongoro is home to a vast variety of animals, which include herds of wildebeest, zebra, buffalo, eland, warthog, hippo, and giant African elephants.
It also holds a dense population of predators, which include lions, hyenas, jackals, cheetahs and the ever-elusive leopard, which sometimes requires a trained eye to spot.
You will visit Lake Magadi, a large but shallow alkaline lake in the southwestern corner, which is one of the main features of the crater. Later after lunch at the picnic site you will be transferred to Arusha for overnight or departure.
